These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Katong Joo Chiat Business Association ("KJCBA", "we", "us" or "our") website. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

This website is provided to share information about KJCBA, our member businesses, events, promotions and membership programme. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of this website by, any third party.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this website, its servers, or any systems connected to it.
3. Membership
KJCBA membership is available to ACRA-registered businesses operating within the Katong / Joo Chiat precinct, subject to a one-time lifetime membership fee as stated on our Membership page. Membership applications are submitted via our online application form and are subject to review and approval by the KJCBA committee, who reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel any membership at their discretion. Membership is limited to one per business address and one per Unique Entity Number (UEN).
4. Business Directory Listings
Member business information displayed in our online directory is provided by members themselves or compiled by KJCBA in good faith. While we take reasonable care to keep listings accurate and up to date, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or currency of any listing, and we are not responsible for the products, services, conduct or content of any listed business. Interactions with directory listings and their associated businesses are solely between you and that business.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, all content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images and design — is the property of KJCBA or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view, download and print content from this website for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or republish any content without our prior written consent.

This website may contain links to third-party websites, including member business websites, social media platforms, and our online application form hosted on Google Forms.
